    4. All capitalized terms and terms used in the Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) which are also used hereinbelow shall be ascribed the same meaning as set out in the T&Cs, unless repugnant to the context herein or otherwise have been specifically defined herein.

This Policy shall be applicable to the use and disclosure of information on the Website/App. This Policy contains terms and conditions which govern the access to and use of the services between FTF (also referred as “we”, “us”, “our” in the clauses hereinafter) and any individual/entity/person (also referred as “you”, “your”, “yourself”, “user” in the clauses hereinafter). By signing up on the Website, you enter into a voluntary and irrevocable agreement to accept and abide by this Policy including but not limited to the T&Cs as showcased on the Website and any other subsequent and specific contract created by FTF for your engagement. This Policy does not apply to information collected by or through any other medium, collected offline or by any other person and/or entity other than the Website/App or any other website whose link might be tagged on the contents of the Website/App for example, if you click on a link of another website displayed on the Website/App, it may direct you to the other website in which case this Policy shall not be applicable.

In case you do not register as a minor while being under the age of 18 years, you will be deemed to be an adult and FTF will not bear any responsibility/ liability of such registration and information collected thereof. Furthermore, FTF provides for a separate and specific way of registration for minors which must be strictly adhered to. In case of non-compliance, FTF reserves the right to unilaterally terminate/delete or suspend your account permanently.

    2. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account and you agree you will not sell, transfer, license or assign your account, username, or any account related rights. FTF prohibits the creation of an account for anyone other than yourself and you agree to be in strict compliance of the same. You also represent that all information you provide or provided to FTF upon registration and at all other times will be true, accurate, current and complete and you agree to update your information as necessary to maintain its truth and accuracy.

    3. You agree that you will not solicit, collect or use the login credentials of other FTF users.

    4. You are responsible for keeping your password / FTF ID secret and secure.

    5. We reserve the right to force forfeiture of any username for any reason.

    6. We may, but have no obligation to, remove, edit, block, and/or monitor content or accounts containing content that, we determine in our sole discretion, violates T&Cs and Policy.

    7. You agree that you are responsible for all data charges you incur through use of the services provided by FTF hereinafter referred to as (“Service/s”).
